At Lily Hawkins Interiors we believe a successful project derives from pivoting the design around our client's needs by utilising the Client Brief as the foundation of our proposal. Listening & Understanding our client’s wishes from the beginning
allows us to adapt a design that works within all aspects of a project from budget, to home comforts and personal style.

OUR SERVICES
Lily Hawkins Interiors believes in being versatile to meet the potential different style and requirements of clients. Therefore, we understand that different levels of designs may be appropriate to meet different desires. The level of design and scope of works is identified in the Client Brief.
CLIENT BRIEF
At the initial meeting, we discuss the scope of works the client would like, any needs & wants that they have, & how they intend to live in the space to ensure our design is tailored exclusively to their requests.
In order for Lily Hawkins Interiors to progress at this stage, should the client wish to go ahead, we discuss an approximate fee that allows our team to produce suitable designs to meet the outlined budget.
Please note that at all levels of design Lily Hawkins Interiors will freely work alongside any of the clients preferred architects, contractors, or suppliers and are there to support any design input or advise they may require. At all stages, the client is consulted and any adaptations required are dealt with.

LEVELS OF DESIGN

FULL INTERIOR DESIGN PACKAGE
This bespoke practice includes all stages of the design process from floor plans and furniture layouts to supplying all furniture, fittings, floor & wall finishes.
Furthermore, an accessory package can be supplied in addition to ensure your move back in is seamless & every detail is considered.
ACCESSORY PACKAGE &
HOME DRESSING PACKAGE
Lily Hawkins Interiors consider accessories to contribute a vast part of a successful design. Coordinating accessories to the correct area can stimulate a whole new level to a design & add an extraordinary feature that further enhances a room. The accessory & home dressing package includes pillows, throws, bedding, bathroom accents, art & decorative fixtures. The client can, of course, tailor their package to which accessories they would like sourced.
Whether Lily Hawkins Interiors utilise the clients own accessories or source them on behalf of the client, Lily Hawkins Interiors will then dress and style each space to implement an impeccable finish.
PERSONAL SHOPPING
If you are happy with the current design of your house although would like a few extra touches and changes, we offer our personal shopping service. Lily Hawkins Interiors will view the space, & from here, then source and advise accent pieces or soft furnishes to provide a tasteful & stylish finish.
FEES
There is no charge for the initial meeting & consultation.
If the client decides to progress with the project at this stage a preliminary fee is set to allow Lily Hawkins Interiors team to develop a design to meet the budget. It is essential to us that our clients feel comfortable throughout the process & for it to be an exciting & enjoyable journey. For this reason, we find it to be fundamental all costs are clearly stated at the first stage to allow adjustments to be made where necessary before progressing. Likewise, once this is agreed Lily Hawkins Interiors ensures we always work within the budget agreed by the client.
The Interior Design fee set is recoverable against the supply of items that Lily Hawkins Interiors specify within their designs. The items proposed in the designs are priced at the RRP. This includes the sourcing of furniture, fabrics, wall coverings, fixtures & fittings, light fixtures, window treatments and floor finish. Where suitable, clients can request CGIs to assist visualising the scheme at an additional cost.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT
A Project Management service is available to oversee the project and liaise with all contractors to ensure the project is a smooth operation. This fee operates as an additional percentage to the design fee.
